Medical Receptionist

Expression of interest for an experienced medical receptionist/administrator.

Key Responsibilities & Requirement:
-Greeting patients and managing  appointments -Invoicing patients(EFTPOS & CASH  Payments)
-Other Adhoc tasks
-Excellent communication skills both over the phone and written
-Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
-High attention to detail
-Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously
-Ability to  multi-tasking experience
-General office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing Invoicing, receipting, cash handling and banking
-Eager to learn
-Letter  typing
-Experience with Eclipse Mandedicare claims and follow-up rejected claims
-Experience with Medical Director/Bluechip  Software. (Preferred)
